Chartered Management and Town (CMT) Realtors Ltd was incorporated in Kenya in 2010 as a Private Liability Company, and its registered office is in Nairobi. All directors and shareholders are registered real estate practitioners. We boast of branch network in major towns of Kenya which include, Kisumu, Mombasa, Kisii and Bungoma. The company is currently undertaking the following assignments in accordance with its Memoranda and Articles of Association. He is a chartered valuation surveyor and a member of the prestigious Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate (UK) with distinction. In addition he has a Bachelor’s degree in Land Economics from the University of Nairobi.
He is a full member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya and registered to practice both valuation and estate agency in Kenya. He is also registered with the Uganda Surveyors Registration Board and licensed to practice valuation in Uganda.
He holds a post graduate certificate in Corporate Governance from Kenya Institute of Management. His membership with Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) allows him to practice valuation in any country (globally) subject to prevailing laws and regulations.
He has over 20 years of real estate practice in Kenya and Uganda with enormous experience in Valuation, Asset Management, Facilities Management, Site Acquisition, Research and Real Estate Investment Performance Analysis.
He is a graduate of B.A (Land Economics) from the University of Nairobi and is a full member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya and a registered and practicing valuer (Valuers Registration Board), registered and practicing estate agent (Estate Agents Registration Board).
Mr.Ameso has over 14 years of real estate practice in Kenya.
